Portfolio of Works

It's hard not to be enamored by these peaceful God-fearing people and their pristine and natural environment right in the middle of all our chaos.  Slowing down to admire their lifestyle is like the sun shining in a Buffalo winter...just what a weary soul needs.

Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Holmes County, Ohio are my two favorite Amish locations for being inspired to paint Amish watercolors..

In the faces of friends and strangers is a story longing to be told...a picture looking to be painted...a love longing to be held...an ache afraid of being touched...a hope that cannot be extinguished.

I have been able to see some beautiful and inspiring parts of this world.  With camera, pencil and paintbrush I have been able to capture some of the emotion of my travel experiences.  Visiting my grown children and their children provides great photo opportunities as well.  I so enjoy taking back roads instead of highways.   Trips to Bermuda provided a look in any direction to discover a painting experience!
